ORIANA HOLMES-PRICE
Oriana is a New Jersey native passionate about advancing social and environmental justice through community-driven partnerships and equitable public policy. She brings experience across corporate, nonprofit, and government sectors, most recently serving as Director of Organizing for a statewide environmental justice coalition, where she supported community engagement and relationship-building.
Oriana holds a B.A. in Political Science from Rutgers University–Camden and is pursuing a Master’s degree in Public Affairs and Community Development.

SARAH BALDWIN
Sarah Baldwin is a South Jersey native and operations professional with experience in both the federal and non-profit sectors. She previously served as an executive-level staff member for a statewide environmental justice coalition, where her work focused on overseeing 501(c)(3) compliance and designing and strengthening the organization’s internal operational systems.
Sarah holds a Master of Science in Nonprofit Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Political Science from Bucknell University.

Allie Hughes is a grant writer and institutional fundraising professional with nearly a decade of experience supporting nonprofits focused on civil rights, social justice, advocacy, and direct services for historically marginalized communities. They have secured more than $10 million in funding, specializing in building grant pipelines, developing proposals, and strengthening funder partnerships.
Allie holds expertise in grant research, proposal development, compliance tracking, and program evaluation, supporting organizations in expanding sustainable funding for mission-driven work.

Matthew Beck
Matthew Beck is an environmental advocate with experience in environmental monitoring, research, and community engagement for nonprofits. Most recently, he worked with the Riverways Collaboration to support water quality testing, environmental education, and community science initiatives across the Philadelphia–Camden region. His work focuses on monitoring local environmental conditions and supporting efforts to improve the health of urban waterways and surrounding communities.
Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from Temple University.

Thomas Ikeda
Thomas Ikeda is the Director of the Center for the Urban Environment at the John S. Watson Institute for Urban Policy and Research at Kean University, where he works with grassroots organizations and partner groups to advance EJ locally and nationally. Before joining the Watson Institute, Thomas worked as a researcher at the Tishman Environment and Design Center and as a research fellow with the New York Panel on Climate Change.
Thomas holds a Master’s degree in Sustainability Management from The New School and a Bachelor’s degree in Forestry from the University of British Columbia.
